Tips to Lose Belly Fat in a Week

Today many people are suffering from many cardiovascular diseases. It has been proved that abdominal fat is one of the main reasons for these diseases. Recently I have seen many adolescents and adults desperately trying to get rid of this problem, which is more than a cosmetic concern. I have discussed with a host of physical trainers and researched a lot on this topic. From my experience I can tell you that reducing those extra layers around your midsection in one week is not that easy. You can make a visible difference if you are extra careful about your diet and work-out regime.
Now lets take a glance at the fat-reducing process:

  • First of all try to be physically active. Don't sit on the couch with pop corns, colas and watch movies after movies. Don't rely on the house-help to get the remote, pen and similar other things. Take deliberate attempts not to sit and pass time idly; instead do something that is physically challenging like washing clothes, dusting, preparing food, free hands-exercises etc. If you are working try to change your posture and take a walk for 2-3 minutes once in an hour.
  • Go for high intensity interval cardio, aerobics and weight training under the guidance of a physical trainer who will combine these exercises that will suit your body type. A good combination of all these exercises will help you to build muscle and increase your metabolism.
  • Proper diet is an important part of your routine. Take small portions of meal for 5-6 times a day. Switch to fresh fruits, eggs, lean protein, vegetables, salads and food rich in high fiber instead of processed food, junk food, delicious dishes available in restaurants and food courts to lose belly fat in a week.

Never lose hope even if your belly measurement does not reduce by some inches in a week. With these tips, you will surely get a flatter tummy within a short time.
