How to cause Gut Infection

Gut infection is a bacterial infection in the intestine. This infection leads to stomach cramps, nausea and diarrhea. The gut infection is commonly detected in elderly and sick people who intake certain antibiotics and anti-reflux medicines. However, the infection is also common amongst young and fit people. The infection can be cured by different antibiotics but it is difficult to diagnose.

Symptoms of Gut Infection:

• Frequent stomach cramps
• Frequent passing of gas
• High and frequent fever
• Passing of blood in diarrhea

• Drinking of dirty or infected water
• Unprotected sex
• Eating of unhygienic food
• Overconsumption of medicines
• Lack of digestive enzymes

• Always wash your hands before eating food
• Eat healthy and hygienic food
• Drink a lot of pure and uninfected water to avoid dehydration
• Take proper precautions during sex

Different antibiotics are used to treat gut infection. The gut infection is a serious disease since the gut intestine carries out some of the most important tasks in the body.
